Bring Go Pain to Power to Your Community

Host Shankar and Antréa for private sessions or a small-group retreat—where you live, work, or gather.

Start with a conversation. We’ll explore the format and confirm who can join you for your visit.

The work is personal. So is the way we plan a visit.

Two ways to gather

A visit that fits your community.

Not every trip is a retreat. Start with the kind of experience you have in mind.

01 / Individual appointments

Private-session pop-ups

A visit built around one-to-one sessions in your city. People book individual appointments rather than joining an all-day group program.

A useful starting point when friends, clients, or a local community want to experience the work close to home.

02 / A shared experience

Small-group retreats

Time set aside for a group to gather and explore the work together. We discuss the purpose, setting, and shape of the experience before agreeing on a program.

Session time, group activities, and practical arrangements are planned together—not assumed from a package.

You don’t need to be an organizer

You know the people.
We can start there.

You might be a past client, a community connector, a venue owner, or a retreat organizer.

You do not need a finished plan or a professional event business. Tell us what brings your community together and why this work feels relevant.

A host might help gauge local interest and coordinate a suitable space. We discuss the session offering, booking approach, and agreed promotional materials with you. Roles and arrangements are agreed together for each visit.

What happens in a session

Check. Explore. Compare.

Start with a movement that matters to you. We check it, introduce a gentle sensory input, and repeat the same check so you can compare what changes.

You describe what you feel, help set the pace, and can ask questions or pause.

Who joins you, and in what format, is confirmed for each visit. Both practitioners are not guaranteed for every location.

On the road

Different places. Different formats.

We adapt private-session visits and small-group retreats to your community and venue. Explore the different formats and destinations on our Sessions & Retreats page.

Before we talk

Host questions

What kind of venue do we need?

Tell us about the space you have in mind, including access, room layout, and whether private appointments can happen without interruptions. We’ll discuss suitability before confirming a visit. You can inquire without a venue already secured.

How do we plan for privacy?

Private sessions need a setting where a participant can speak and move comfortably. We discuss privacy and the use of shared spaces with you as part of planning.

What about travel and accommodation?

Travel and accommodation arrangements, responsibilities, and costs are discussed and agreed together before a visit is confirmed. They are not included by default.

Which languages can a visit support?

Let us know your community’s preferred language and any interpretation needs. Language support is confirmed for the particular visit rather than assumed.

How far ahead should I ask?

Share your preferred dates and how flexible you can be. Timing depends on availability and what the visit needs; there is no fixed lead-time promise on this page.

How do payments and hosting costs work?

The payment model, session pricing, and any hosting costs are agreed together for each visit before bookings open. This page does not set a minimum fee, participant count, or revenue-sharing policy.

Let’s plan a visit

Tell us about your community.

A place, a few people, an idea. You don’t need all the answers yet.

Your inquiry is saved privately and emailed to our team. Please leave out health information. We’ll reply personally; no automated acknowledgment is sent.

Fields marked * are required. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not book a visit.
