This is a private, experiential 1:1 session focused on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied coherence.

The session explores the brain–body relationship through guided sensory and attentional processes that support safety, regulation, and internal alignment. Each session is fully individualized and unfolds based on what is present in the moment—there is no fixed script or protocol.

This is not ongoing therapy and not a weekly modality. Most clients come for a single session. Follow-up sessions are optional and only suggested when appropriate.
